I have been in practice since 1996 and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker since 1999. I can help you with life transitions, grief and loss, recovery from abuse and trauma, mood disorders, chronic pain, gender questions and transitions, and relational difficulties, as well as other mental or emotional problems. I use a variety of approaches and I am most interested in the ways you think about personal change, and in helping you find your own unique path. I am systems and process-oriented and have many tools you might find helpful.
"Be one of the people on whom nothing is lost." ~ Henry James
Therapy can greatly improve your mental well-being. Opening up your soul to a stranger requires a great deal of trust. My practice provides a comfortable and private setting for you to share your thoughts and feelings. I love helping people reach their goals, and resolve difficult situations.
I'm a ballroom dancer, and I like to plant organic vegetable gardens. I identify with the LGBTQI community and have lived in Eugene for forty years.
I am a current member of the WPATH (World Professional Association of Transgender Health) providers. I am a Member of the American Family Therapy Academy, a prestigious International fellowship of relational therapists, professors and researchers who embrace social change. I trained with the Erica Waechter, the founder of the Center of Family Development.
I am a former member of City of Eugene Human Rights commision
I support and assist Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Transgender, Cisgender, and gender transitioning people and their families.
