I have experience for the last twenty-five years treating a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety,  post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement and BiPolar depression, chronic pain and chronic conditions; and adjusting to new life ciscumstances. I have seen many adoptees, people with conditions such as HIV, and have conducted a chronic pain group.

My number one priority is to bring well-being to my patients' lives, restoring calm. I have experience working with dreams. I want to help you break free from old habits, developing healthy coping skills and finding new ways to respond to life's challenging situations. I provide individual therapy, relationship counseling, and family therapy. I have experience working in schools and can help with 504 or IEP planning.
