I have skills in:
- Reducing the effects of trauma and anxiety, Family relational problems, reduction of harm. My practice is informed by Internal Family Systems, deep reflective/sandtray practices, CBT, Mindfulness skills.
I have experience for the last twenty-five years treating a range of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, grief/bereavement and BiPolar
depression, adjusting to new life circumstances.
My number one priority is to bring well-being to my patients' lives, restoring calm. I have experience working with dreams. I want to help you break free from old habits, developing healthy coping
skills and finding new ways to respond to life's challenging situations. I provide individual therapy, relationship counseling, group therapy and family therapy.
Current group ofering is a queerspacee group to reduce depression and anxiety.

Individual Therapy
Individuals join me for one-on-one consultations in a safe and open setting. Weekly individual therapy sessions generally last 50-53 minutes.
